About Us
Midwest Elite Hockey Club
Midwest Elite Hockey was created by current professional hockey player Terry Broadhurst. Terry brings with him a wealth of hockey knowledge, having spent the majority of his life playing hockey at the highest levels, including the USHL and NCAA D1, followed by 14 years of playing professional hockey in the top leagues across North America and Europe. He has worked and studied with some of the brightest minds in the game and is excited to pass that knowledge down to the next generation of players.
We offer a variety of programs that aim to take players to the next level. Our objective is to enhance and to progress each player’s game, both on and off the ice. We work to increase their technical skills, hockey IQ and problem solving abilities, enabling them to become better hockey players and in turn helping their respective teams accomplish their goals.
At Midwest Elite Hockey we look to build a depth of knowledge within our players that addresses nutrition, recovery and mental mindset, all vital elements to the development of each player’s game as they progress throughout their hockey journey.
But our number one goal is for each player to have fun! We feel that hockey is the greatest game on earth and teaches us lessons that go far beyond the ice. Hard work, grit, determination, and character are the vital lessons this great game teaches us. We want to foster and nourish that love of the game in each and every player and create a community of people who feel the same way. Any time you can come to the rink, lace up your skates, play the game that you love, that’s a great day! We want our players to look forward to coming to the rink every day and genuinely enjoy the process of becoming better players and better human beings.
